WHO WE ARE

Epe Grammar School Old Students Association (EGOSA) is the umbrella body for all alumni of Epe Grammar School (EGS). Membership of EGOSA is free and takes effect immediately upon graduation from the school.

OUR MISSION

To provide a national platform for all old students of Epe Grammar School to interact, and contribute positively towards the concentric progress of the institution, and alumnus.

OUR VISION

To steer Epe Grammar School towards a Center of Excellence in Education with the aim of turning EGS into a First-class institution that can compare favorably with any Secondary School in the world.

OUR GOALS

To manage, control, administer and invest in Epe Grammar School through the collective efforts of the Alumnus or in collaboration with other individual parties or corporate bodies; advocate and influence policies and enactments in manners favourable to Epe Grammar School. And to provide avenues for networking and collaboration among members.

To acquaint members with the development of the alma mater

To undertake, organize and participate in such functions or project that will bring progress to the Alma mater and the community.

To generate atmosphere of friendliness comradeship and oneness between all ex-students of the school, and assist same in the fulfillment of all life endeavors.

To provide a forum where members could exchange ideas on wide range of topics that are of common interest to the nation.

GET INVOLVED

The association is managed by a board of dedicated volunteers from all walks of life who are old students. Their goal is to offer our alumni a focal point of support, event coordination and benefits. EGOSA is made up of old students who make a difference every day. You can find them in industry as entrepreneurs, technologists, medical doctors, social workers, nurses and in a multitude of other occupations. All EGS graduates living in any part of the world are invited to get involved and become a registered member of our Alumni Association. Because Alumni provide a strong link between the community, industry and the School, many benefits are available to all alumni.

Getting involved  may take many forms such as attending varied social events, meeting up with old friends, taking advantage of all benefits afforded to Alumni members and more. You can also get involved by becoming an officer of the Alumni Association, or may want to help to organize events such as the Annual Convention – we need you.

Something on your mind? The EGOSA Forum is a place for respectful conversation and debate about our Old School related issues, ways to help and ways forward. A place to reminisce and go down memory lane together. A place to talk about the future and respond to the emerging needs of our dear school
